How many credits does image/video generation cost?
Different models, resolutions, and durations consume different amounts of credits. The actual credit cost is dynamically displayed on the submit button based on your selected parameters.
Do credits expire?
Credits refresh each billing cycle and expire at the end of the current cycle.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests may be considered within 3 days for monthly plans and one-time credit packs, or within 5 days for annual plans, as long as usage stays within 50 credits for monthly/credit packs or 100 credits for annual plans. Technical failures on our side may still be reviewed separately. See Refund Policy
Can I try it for free?
New users receive a one-time allocation of trial credits. Once your trial credits are used up, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the platform.
